Return and Refund Policy

  • You have 10 days from the date of purchase to return any unused/unopened items for a full refund.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Please ensure the product is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • Please not that external packaging damages cannot be refunded (as it is caused by Delivery Services). 


  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We may require photographic evidence to assist with the return process.


  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products due to federal regulations and health considerations.
